STEP ONE
Scope Review
We begin by reviewing the information available: drawings, schedules, photos, specifications, deadlines, access requirements, and the type of commercial space involved. If the scope is not fully defined yet, we help clarify what is needed.

Site Visit
Where required, we visit the site to review access, existing conditions, live environment risks, working hours, logistics, measurements, and any practical issues that could affect delivery. This helps reduce surprises once the work starts.

Clear Quotation
We prepare a structured quotation that outlines the agreed scope, trade packages, assumptions, exclusions, programme considerations, and commercial details. A clear quotation helps everyone understand what is included before work begins.

Programme & Planning
Once instructed, we plan the works around the project requirements, site access, materials, working hours, and any operational restrictions. For retail and live commercial environments, this may include phased works, night works, weekend works, or out-of-hours delivery.

Delivery & Coordination
Atlas coordinates the required trades on site and manages the details that keep the project moving. We focus on safety, communication, sequencing, progress, and the final finish.

Handover & Support
At completion, we review the work, address any final items, and support the handover process. Where required, Atlas can continue to support the client with remedial works, maintenance, making good, or future phases.
